happiness hit her like a train on a track

So glad that the first decade of the 2000's is over. 2005 was pretty awesome, but the rest of it was extremely forgettable. Instead of doing resolutions (because I refuse to give up smoking, drinking, swearing, and rampant spending even if you put a gun to my head), I've decided to stick with yearlong goals. I have a year to learn how to drive a stick, speak decent French, and master Photoshop. Have you broken your resolution or are you succeeding at making 2010 the beginning of a new you?

I make messes on my rug. My favorite part of the day is turning my bag upside down and spilling its content all over the floor. Netflix DVDs, packages from the mail, dresses I've stuffed into my bag for the weekend... BLOOP.

  2. haha I don't make any resolutions anymore, I don't know... :p
And I like your dress, too bad I didn't have a chance to check out the rodarte collection for target (me living in Europa & all...)

  4. eeps - I don't know if I got a defect, but the black lining is a bit longer than the dress itself. It's fine right now since I wear tights all the time, but once summer hits, I'm going to fix the hem. Also, there's a strange bit of extra cloth on the right side, so it seems like I have a HUGEEEEEE ass/hips. But if I wear a jacket, you can't tell.

The dress itself is comfortable. I can move around in it pretty easily, and I don't have any trouble walking in it. The fabric is decent, too, which is more than what I can say for most of the Target collabs. What were your thoughts?

  5. I love your outfit! It's so unique! The blogging world seems to have gone a bit quiet on the outfit post front so I'm running a little outfit challenge! Don't know if your interested? I will do watercolours of the best entries! Details are on my blog!

  7. i have the same problem with the slip. i didn't notice it when i tried it on, but i saw it peeking out in my holiday party photos. i don't have problems with the hips, maybe because my ass is big and fills up the space. it's comfortable, but i have to say that it's a bit tight at the ribcage if i have a big dinner.

  8. Brilliant way of working animal print into an outfit, I find it difficult to make it look cool as opposed to cheap!
