too many mirrors in this house

Crazy things have been happening all over the world. I blame it on this extraordinary heat. Also, fundamental religion and political vitriol. When are we going to realize that divisiveness isn't the solution to any problem? I borrowed "Handing the Undead" by John Lindqvist (the writer of Swedish vampire thriller novel and film "Let Me In") from the library and found a bookmark of the Ten Commandments in the pages. I refuse to believe that it was a coincidence.

I've been defaulting to various versions of easy summer clothing. I'm really beginning to love clothes with holes poked through the fabrics. It's like air conditioned fabric. Really glad I bought this sweater when I was in Korea - almost walked away without getting it. Sometimes, it's good to have enabler friends.

    And yes, the situation in Norway, and everywhere else, is so sad. Hopefully people's eyes will open, and they'll realize that you're not going to get anywhere with hate and persecution.

    I agree, there seems to be a lot more going wrong in the world this year, and not sure if it was always like that and only just noticing or if there's something "in the air".
